Omelet with spinach, bell pepper and dill

The recipe for a healthy, tasty and satisfying breakfast - an omelet with spinach, bell pepper and dill.

  1. Rinse the spinach. Pour cold water over spinach leaves, add 1 teaspoon of salt and leave for 10 minutes. After a while, all insects, if left, will float to the surface.
  2. Remove seeds and partitions from bell peppers and cut into cubes.
  3. Rinse the dill well and chop finely.
  4. Rinse the spinach leaves well and place in a blender bowl.
  5. Grind the spinach for 3-5 minutes (depending on the power of the blender).
  6. Then add milk to the spinach and continue grinding for another 30 seconds.
  7. Break eggs into a bowl, add salt. Beat with a whisk.
  8. Add spinach with milk, bell pepper and dill to the eggs.
  9. Mix.
  10. Melt the butter in a preheated frying pan. Pour the omelet mixture into the pan. Fry an omelet with spinach, bell peppers and dill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until the bottom is browned.
  11. Then gently, using a spatula, turn the omelet over and fry for another 1 minute.
  12. Decorate the serving plate with lettuce leaves.
  13. Cut the omelet with bell peppers, spinach and dill into quarters right in the pan and then transfer to a plate. Serve hot.
