A bright, fragrant and very tasty pie with a delicious citrus note will not leave anyone indifferent ... You can fall in love with it from the first bite.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Beat 3 eggs with a glass of sugar until fluffy. Pour in orange juice and vegetable oil. Add flour and baking powder and mix everything.
  2. Cover the form (20-22 cm) with baking paper. Pour the dough and place in a cold (!) Oven. Turn on the oven at 160 degrees and bake until dry, about 40 minutes. Cool the finished biscuit right in the mold.
  3. Cut the cooled biscuit into 2 parts. Place one part in a mold with split sides (20-22 cm), after cutting off the edges of the biscuit in a circle, about 1 cm wide, so that the biscuit is slightly smaller in diameter than the form itself. In addition, the biscuit can not be impregnated with anything. It turns out juicy. The second part of the biscuit can be prepared in the same way as the first part, or you can use yoghurts and jellies with other flavors. You will get two different tasting cakes.
  4. Soak 2 bags (15 g each) of gelatin in a little water. When it swells, heat up, but do not boil. Put the curd yogurt in a bowl (I have the Miracle curd yogurt with dried apricots), add the orange zest and pour in the gelatin. Mix everything and pour over the biscuit. Put in the refrigerator to solidify.
  5. Dilute a pack of orange jelly as directed on the package. Cool to room temperature and pour onto the frozen yoghurt layer. Put in the refrigerator to solidify.
  6. While the jelly layer hardens, soak a bag of gelatin (15 g) in a little water. Then, when the gelatin swells, heat it up.
  7. Lightly warm the cream, mix with powdered sugar, a pinch of vanillin. Pour in the gelatin, stir and let cool at room temperature. Then pour over the frozen jelly layer.
  8. Put the pie in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight. In the morning you can enjoy a delicious, aromatic and delicate pie with a juicy biscuit, with a very pleasant orange taste and smell!
