  3. Take two opposite edges of the rectangle and pull them towards each other so that they touch strictly in the middle of the layer. Press down with your hands.
  4. Fold the opposite edges of the resulting rectangle again so that they touch in the middle.
  5. Fold the resulting roll in half and cut it into pieces about 2 cm wide. When cut, the roll should resemble a multi-layered heart.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of oiled parchment. Put pieces on it, put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 7 minutes. Turn the pretzels over and bake for another 5 minutes. Cover the finished pretzels with a clean towel and let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
