Delicious, tender pancakes with cottage cheese baked in sour cream filling with the addition of poppy seeds.

  1. Let's make pancakes. Whisk together eggs, 1 tbsp of sugar, salt, pour in warm milk and beat again. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and beat the dough again so that there are no lumps. Pour in vegetable oil and bake pancakes in a hot frying pan.
  2. For the filling, mix cottage cheese, vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Put some cottage cheese on each pancake.
  3. Roll up pancakes with curd in an envelope.
  4. Place the prepared stuffed pancakes into the mold.
  5. Mix sour cream with dry poppy seeds and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Pour the pancakes with sour cream and bake at 180 g for 10-15 minutes.
