Pancakes with kefir turn out to be especially tender and fluffy, but they are also a little more difficult to cook. However, my simple recipe for kefir pancakes will surely help you cope with this task :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and salt. Beat until salt and sugar dissolve. Add half a glass of flour and baking soda.
  2. Continuing to beat, gradually add kefir and vegetable oil into the mixture. Without stopping whipping, add the remaining flour into the dough.
  3. At the exit, you should get a perfectly smooth dough without lumps. Pour a small amount of dough into a hot and lightly greased frying pan. By tilting the pan, distribute our dough evenly throughout the pan.
  4. Cook the pancake for about a minute on one side, then turn it over to the other. Another 30 seconds - and the pancake is ready. Transfer it from the pan to a plate.
  5. Repeating the procedure, bake the pancakes until the dough runs out. We put the finished pancakes in a pile, not forgetting to lightly grease each pancake with butter. The kefir pancakes are ready. Bon Appetit!
