If you have never tried to "make friends" several cereals in one dish, then I highly recommend it to finally do it! Healthy, nourishing, tasty porridge made from three cereals: rice, buckwheat, millet ...

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need, including salt and pepper. I have defrosted forest mushrooms, already boiled. If you have fresh ones, then they must first be boiled in salted water for 30 minutes.
  2. Sort out the cereals, rinse in several waters, pour in 1 liter. clean water and place on the stove. After boiling, salt to taste, reduce the heat and simmer the porridge over low heat until the water boils completely. Can be cooked in a multicooker.
  3. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
  4. Add mushrooms to the onion and cook covered for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
  5. The groats are ready! Add pepper and butter, stir gently and rest for 10 minutes, covered.
  6. It remains to add mushrooms and onions to the porridge, mix - and you can call everyone to the table! The partisan porridge is ready!
  7. Enjoy your meal!
