Simple and affordable products - pasta, sausages, eggs and cheese - make a delicious casserole. Sausages not only make the dish hearty, but also speed up the cooking process. Pasta, soaked in milk and egg filling and sprinkled with cheese, in the oven acquire a very pleasant taste and mouth-watering cheese crust.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. It is advisable to use pasta from durum wheat (any form).
  2. In a saucepan, bring 1.3 liters of water to a boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt and pour out the pasta.
  3. Boil the pasta for about 5-7 minutes, until al dente - the pasta should be soft on the outside, but a little hard on the inside. Since the pasta will then be cooked in the oven, it should not be cooked to full readiness.

  8. Spread sausages on top of the pasta with an even layer.
  9. Put the remaining pasta on top of the sausages.
  10. Combine milk, eggs and salt in a bowl (0.5 tsp).
  11. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth.
  12. Pour pasta with the resulting mixture.
  13. Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle the pasta on top.
  14. We cover the form with pasta and sausages with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  15. Remove the finished pasta casserole with sausages and cheese from the oven and let stand for about 10 minutes. Then the dish can be laid out on plates, garnished with fresh herbs.
  16. This casserole is a great complete lunch or dinner to feed the whole family. Bon Appetit!
