Dinner is like in Italy! Simple, and most importantly - delicious! Pasta, pasta and more pasta! To say that I adore her is to say nothing! With meat, sauces, seafood - these are always excellent dishes. So, I present to your attention a pasta with king prawns in a creamy sauce. I promise it will be delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. Boil tagliatelle in slightly salted water until almost cooked.
  2. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, put peeled garlic in it, send it to the fire. We fry the garlic until it darkens, after which we remove it from the pan, it is no longer needed.
  3. Cut the bacon into small strips, fry in olive oil with garlic flavor for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the shrimps, as usual, from the heads and shells, and then send them to the bacon. Fry for about 7-8 minutes, focusing on the readiness of the shrimp.
  5. Rub the Parmesan on a fine grater, put it in a bowl (leave a little for serving, literally a teaspoon will be enough). Pour cream here, add egg yolk, salt, pepper and Provencal herbs. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly.
  6. Pour the cream sauce into the finished pasta, stir vigorously. We spread the shrimp with bacon, mix again.
  7. Serve warm, garnish with fresh basil and lightly sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  8. Enjoy your meal!
