Pasta with Sausage and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

• Spaghetti - 150 Grams
• Sausage - 80 Grams
• Onions - 1 Piece
• Carrots - 1 Piece
• Garlic - 1 Clove
• Tomato sauce - 3 Tbsp. spoons
• Spices - To taste
• Hard cheese - To taste

Directions

1. To begin with, of course, let's put the spaghetti to boil in salted boiling water. Cook until half cooked for as long as indicated on the package.
2. In the meantime, finely chop all the ingredients.
3. Now fry them in vegetable oil with spices.
4. Add the tomato sauce and simmer until the sauce is dark.
5. Now mix our tomato sauce and pasta or pour the spaghetti sauce on top. Done!
