Pasta with seafood - unforgettably tasty and simple! This is an independent dish, not a side dish for something. An ideal second dish for any day and occasion - on fasting, weekdays and for the festive menu. Served with a variety of sauces - both home-made and store-bought - only hot. Dry white wine is served under it.

  1. Before tackling seafood, put a pot of water (its amount - according to the instructions) to boil and prepare the required amount of pasta.
  2. Let's take the seafood out of the freezer, in our case it was a seafood cocktail, in which there was a little bit of everything. Let it defrost, but naturally, and not in water. It is advisable that they have already been defrosted for cooking pasta.
  3. Is the water boiling? Salt it with a drop of olive oil, salt according to the instructions and season it, if any, with Italian herbs or other spices, and send pasta there.
  4. .Place a frying pan on the second burner in parallel. Pour oil into it and put on a small fire. In the meantime, let's chop the leeks into your favorite format.
  5. Chop the Bulgarian pepper into thin strips.
  6. We adjust the zucchini in the same way.
  7. As soon as the oil warms up, dip the seafood, and onion with pepper, and chopped garlic into it. We fry, not forgetting to turn over. It will take about 10 minutes, no more.
  8. At the same time, grate Parmesan cheese on a fine grater.
  9. We add water from the finished pasta, add the contents of the pan and cheese here. We do everything quickly, mixing. Drop some olive oil right here and stir.

  12. Squeeze seafood out before frying if thawed.
  13. Do not fry the seafood for a long time or it will become hard.
  14. If you do not have any of the vegetables suggested in the recipe, replace them with others, observing the proportions.
  15. You can add cream at the end and stew everything a little, but put the cheese only at the end.
  16. Do not cook pasta with seafood for future use, it is better for one meal.
  17. You can sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese or herbs on top, and add hot chili peppers during cooking, for example, to taste.
