A dish based on Moroccan cuisine. Pies with meat filling and couscous, spices and raisins will not leave you indifferent. Pastilla is a traditional Moroccan dish, a puff pastry traditionally made from squab (young pigeon meat). In the modern world, the ingredients for its creation are often chicken, fish or offal. It often serves as a snack. Harissa is a hot, pasty red sauce made from chili peppers (sometimes dried or cured) and garlic with the addition of coriander, cumin, salt and olive oil.

  1. Prepare couscous according to instructions. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, heat turmeric, cumin. Add garlic and onion (finely chopped). Cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Add raisins, meat (in small pieces), fry. Add feta and couscous.
  3. Put the filling on pita bread, roll up an envelope, put on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with almond petals, cinnamon and sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. For the sauce, mix the pasta with the yogurt. Serve the sauce separately.
  4. Enjoy your meal!
