"Pastry" with caviar and white chocolate from Givi Khatisov

To understand how fish products are combined with chocolate, you need to prepare an unusual appetizer - a "cake" with white chocolate and coho salmon caviar. The latter, by the way, is considered the most delicious and refined among all types of salmon caviar.

Ingredients

• 1 black cuttlefish ink burger bun
• 30-50 g white chocolate
• 1 tbsp. l salmon caviar

Directions

1. Cut a circle out of the bun with a glass.
2. Put the grated white chocolate and coho salmon caviar on the rolls circle.
