Peppers stuffed with potatoes and bacon

This recipe combines two dishes - dauphin potatoes and stuffed peppers. Great idea - bell peppers are used as a casserole dish. Very tasty and beautiful.

  1. Preheat oven to 175-180 degrees. Cut off the tops of the peppers (1 cm). Remove seeds. Place the peppers in a glass oven dish.
  2. Place potatoes and bacon in each pepper. Combine eggs, milk, baking mixture, sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper. Whisk well and pour over the potatoes with bacon and pepper.
  3. Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes. Serve hot. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  4. Bon Appetit!
