This recipe has some rather unexpected ingredients: figs, bacon, rice noodles, Adyghe cheese and spinach. Nevertheless, it turns out quite tasty.

  1. In a small saucepan, fry the onion in olive oil, add bacon, spinach, broth, salt and pepper. Close the lid and cook for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Cut the peppers along with the stalk, remove the seeds. Place in a large saucepan and pour some water. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Boil the noodles according to the instructions. Add finely chopped figs to a small saucepan. Crumble the Adyghe cheese there. Stir. Remove from heat and fill in peppers.
  4. Cook the peppers for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle the cooked peppers with Parmesan. Serve with yoghurt sprinkled with paprika and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
