  1. To prepare the snail, divide the puff pastry into strips and roll out to length.
  2. Grate Adyghe cheese, hard cheese. On each ribbon, first put the grated Adyghe cheese in a heap, sprinkle with spices to taste, then lay out the hard cheese.
  3. Gently close the dough sheets tightly.
  4. From all three tubes of dough, form one large "snail" or several small ones. Grease the top with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 * C until golden brown.
