Easy to prepare pie. It is very convenient to take this pie with potatoes with you on the road or for a long walk. The filling can be absolutely any.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Combine melted butter, sour cream, egg, salt and baking powder.
  3. Add flour and knead into a soft elastic dough.
  4. How much flour will go away depends very much on its quality, but in any case, no more than 2.5 glasses.
  5. Wrap the dough in foil and leave to swell.
  6. For the filling, chop the ham and onion, grate the cucumber and squeeze. Mix everything with mashed potatoes, salt and pepper, add chopped herbs.
  7. Divide the dough into 2 parts, one a little more. Roll both parts into a circle 5-7 mm thick, sprinkle the surface with flour.
  8. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and lay out a larger circle of dough, on which to evenly distribute the filling. Cover with a second round of dough, pinch the edges.
  9. Grease the surface of the pie with an egg + a couple of tablespoons of water and prick often with a fork.
  10. Bake a pie with potatoes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees until golden brown.
