"Pies" from waffle cakes, with potatoes and wild garlic

You don't need to knead the dough for these waffle pies, just make the potato filling.

Ingredients

  1. Chop the ramson finely.
  2. Boil potatoes in salted water, mash, add butter and mix with wild garlic. Leave to cool.
  3. These are the waffle cakes I used.
  4. Take one shortbread, put about 1 tsp on it. potato filling.
  5. Cover with a second crust. Make 10-12 patties.
  6. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip each pie in an egg, and then put the waffle "pies" in the heated oil, fry for about 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Flip over and fry the waffle patties on the other side until golden, too.
  9. The waffle cake pies are ready.
