Stewed pike in sour cream with onions turns out to be insanely tasty and delicate in taste. The only drawback of this dish is the numerous pike bones, so it is best for children to make cutlets from such a fish, but for adults - that's it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We clean the fish from the scales, cut off the fins with the help of scissors, then gut the pike, removing all the insides. Then we wash the fish.
  2. Cut the pike carcass into pieces of equal thickness, rub them with salt and ground black pepper. Leave the fish to marinate in spices for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings or smaller, if desired, and fry in a pan in a small amount of vegetable oil.
  4. Then we fry the pike pieces. When the fish pieces are golden brown, put the already fried onions in the same pan.
  5. Next, pour in the sour cream. If the sour cream is thick, then we dilute it with water, mix well and only then pour it into the pan so that it completely covers the pieces of fish. Reduce heat to low, cover the pan with a lid. Cook the fish for another 15 minutes.
  6. Cut the parsley and sprinkle the finished dish on it.
