This is an easy to prepare and incredibly delicious pineapple meatloaf recipe. The dish looks very festive and impressive. It's so juicy that it just melts in your mouth. Be sure to cook!

  1. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt. Add whipped protein to the minced meat, garlic passed through a press, salt and pepper, mix well. On a sheet of baking paper, spread the minced meat evenly in a thin layer in the form of a rectangle. Cut the cheese and pineapples into cubes, finely chop the greens. Mix cheese, pineapples and herbs. Place the filling over the minced meat. Roll gently, lifting the edge of the parchment and covering the filling with the minced meat. Wrap the roll in baking paper. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then unfold the roll, turn on the upper mode. Bake until golden brown for 5-10 minutes. A very fragrant and juicy meatloaf with pineapple is ready. The roll is delicious both hot and cold.
