Despite its affordability, pineapple is still perceived as a small miracle. It goes well with a wide variety of ingredients, adding a touch of exoticism to the dish.

  1. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, finely chop the pepper. Combine yogurt, chopped chili and saté sauce. Salt and set aside. Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, carefully cut the pulp. Separate 100 g of pulp, cut into slices, use the rest for other dishes. Cut onion, garlic and celery into small cubes. Cut sweet pepper into 4 parts, peel from seeds, cut into small pieces. Squeeze juice from lime, mix with soy sauce, 4 tbsp. l. water and curry. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the prepared vegetables for 2 minutes, add the curry sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes under the lid. Place the rice in the skillet and cook together for another 2 minutes. Add pineapple and shrimp pulp, season with salt and heat together. Fill the pineapple halves with a mixture of shrimp, rice and vegetables. Serve the chili yoghurt sauce separately.
