Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, let's prepare the dough. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt and mix.
  2. Separately mix warm water, yeast and sugar, stir and wait for the yeast cap to appear, then pour the yeast mixture into the flour.
  3. Finally, add olive oil. Knead medium soft elastic dough.
  4. The dough should not stick to your hands. If the dough turns out to be too sticky, then you need to add flour. If the dough turns out to be tough, then you need to add water. Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough should double in size.
  5. While the dough comes up, prepare the filling. Cut the bacon (sausage) into small pieces.
  6. Cut the tomato into cubes.
  7. Peel the red onion and cut into half rings.
  8. Cut the olives in half.
  9. Mash the feta with a fork.
  10. Grate mozzarella on a coarse grater.
  11. The dough and filling are ready, we start forming the pizza. Divide the finished dough into 2 equal parts. Roll out a round cake from each part, 40-45 cm in diameter.Using a pizza knife, make cuts as shown in the photo.
  12. You should get 8 triangular sectors, gently grease each sector with tomato paste.
  13. Distribute the rest of the filling (bacon, onion, tomato, feta) evenly on top, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Put the pieces of the central part of the cake on the filling. We connect the ends of each triangle, close them up so that we get a closed triangle. Thus, our pizza takes on the shape of a wreath. Leave the wreath for 10-15 minutes, then grease with whipped yolk. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
