There is never enough pizza. If there is no time for dough, replace it with potatoes, but work with the filling with all your imagination. Here are three tried and tested options: chicken, blue cheese, and pumpkin; beans, brisket and egg yolk; carrots, beets, raisins and curd cheese. Come up with your own!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly. Make several punctures with a fork. Wrap each potato in foil and bake at 200 ° C for 1–1.5 hours, depending on size (you can do this the day before).
  2. Cut the onion into strips and fry with olive oil, 5 minutes. Cut the sausage and garlic into strips, add to the onion and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Cut the finished potatoes in half, put in a mold. Place a thin slice of tomato, onion and sausage, basil leaves and a thin slice of mozzarella on each half. Bake in oven for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
