A pizza pie with chicken and cranberry sauce is almost a set meal. Boiled chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans with mushrooms, and the obligatory cheese (there are two of them in this pizza - mozzrella and parmesan) can replace at least a salad and a main course. And cranberry sauce will be a nice bonus to such a hearty snack.

  1. For the sauce, put the jam in a saucepan, add finely grated orange and lemon zest. Add freshly squeezed orange juice and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, cloves and nutmeg. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Boil the beans until tender, 3-4 minutes. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, put in a pan with vegetable oil in one layer and fry until the liquid evaporates and the mushrooms are brown.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the oven and preheat it to 250 C (or more, if the oven allows).
  4. Lubricate a work surface with olive oil. Divide the pizza dough into 6 pieces, roll out slightly and gently stretch with your hands into circles with a diameter of 15 cm.If the dough shrinks again, cover it with cling film and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes, and then stretch again. Brush the dough with olive oil. Gently transfer the dough to a heated and oiled baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
  5. Disassemble the boiled chicken into fibers, mix with 70 ml of cranberry sauce.
  6. Remove the dough from the oven, put the mashed potatoes on it and flatten, leaving the sides 2-3 cm apart. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Put half of the grated cheese on top of the puree, smooth out. Then spread the beans, mushrooms, chicken with sauce, and thinly sliced ​​red onions. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and paprika. Return the pizza to the oven for 6-8 minutes, the cheese should melt, the chicken should be golden brown.
  8. Cool the pizza slightly and cut into pieces. You can also serve a little more cranberry sauce with your pizza.
