This pizza is a real treasure for lovers of exotic taste. The juicy flesh of sweets, a small, sweet fruit that has all the health benefits of citrus fruits, lends an unforgettable spicy flavor to seafood pizza. In addition, it is prepared incredibly quickly, primarily thanks to the dough recipe - it takes no more than 10 minutes to make it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Knead the dough. To do this, dissolve yeast and honey in warm water.
  2. Sift flour into a bowl, break an egg, pour in water with yeast and honey, add 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil and knead the dough. It will be enough for two pizzas with a diameter of 26-28 cm.
  3. Place the dough covered with a towel in a warm place for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the onion, cut into thin half rings, cut the pepper into cubes, disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences, finely chop the garlic. Put sun-dried tomatoes in a pan with oil, heat well and add vegetables. Fry over high heat, stirring often, for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Send a sea cocktail to the pan to the vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Wash sweets, cut in half. Cut one half into circles half a centimeter thick, peel, and then free the pulp from the films.
  7. You should get small triangles of juicy light yellow flesh.
  8. Squeeze juice from the second half of the fruit. Add soy sauce, yoghurt, tomato and stir well.
  9. Grease a pizza dish with sunflower oil. Put half of the dough in a mold and evenly stretch it with your hands along the entire diameter.
  10. Grease the dough with sauce, then evenly distribute the vegetables with a seafood cocktail on top.
  11. Next, lay out the pieces of sweets and cheese, cut into thin slices.
  12. Send the pizza to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until the dough turns golden, and the feta cheese melts and acquires a golden brown crust. Enjoy your meal!
