Pizza with pumpkin puree and potatoes

  1. Sift 350 g flour for the dough. Add 1.5 tsp. dry yeast, salt, 150 ml of warm water and 2 tbsp. l. olive oil. Knead the dough. Form a ball, place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise, 45 minutes.
  2. Chop 500 g of pumpkin pulp into large pieces, drizzle with olive oil, salt. Place in an ovenproof dish. Bake at 200 ° C until soft.
  3. Boil 2 medium jacket potatoes, peel, cut into thin circles. Cut 2 onions into thin half rings.
  4. Knead the dough quickly and divide into 4 parts. Roll each into a round, thin cake. Place on baking trays lined with baking paper and pierce several times with a fork.
  5. Put the pumpkin in a blender, add 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, ground sweet paprika, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Whisk in mashed potatoes.
