Pizza with smoked sausage and cheese is an uncomplicated, everyday dish, but no less beloved for this. Firstly, it is simple to prepare it (especially if you try once - make the dough with a stock and freeze this “stock”). Secondly, both your loved ones and guests of the house will be happy with such a pizza. And children will be delighted in general! Thirdly, you can safely make changes to the filling of pizza with smoked sausage and cheese, adding vegetables, herbs or mushrooms to it: the taste of baked goods will only benefit from this.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make a pizza dough with smoked sausage and cheese. First, pour dry yeast into a small bowl, pour 3 tbsp. l. warm water and stir. Let the yeast work for 15 minutes.
  2. Sift flour into a large bowl with a slide. Make a depression on top, pour in the yeast diluted in water and the remaining warm water. Then start kneading the pizza dough with a fork or hand.
  3. Stir in a circle to one side, grabbing the flour from the sides of the "slide". When almost all the flour has been added, pour in 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. Salt. Mix for about 10 minutes. The dough should be smooth and elastic.
  4. Form a ball out of the pizza dough. Lubricate it with the remaining oil. Tighten the bowl with cling film. Remove the dough in a warm place and leave for 1-1.5 hours, until it doubles in volume.
  5. Heat the oven to 220 ° C. Knead the pizza dough and knead slightly. Roll into a thin round cake, 25-30 cm in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. Prepare your pizza toppings. Grate hard cheese on a fine or medium grater. Cut the smoked sausage into thin slices.
  7. Brush the tortilla with tomato sauce and sprinkle with two-thirds of the grated cheese. Arrange the smoked sausage pieces, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
