  1. Prepare the dough in a bread maker. Put the ingredients for the dough in the bread maker in the order shown: water, flour, salt, sugar, olive oil and yeast. Turn on the dough mode, the dough is cooking for me for 1 hour. Remove the dough from the mold, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough into a triangle (I used half of the cooked dough), place on a greased baking sheet and then use a knife to cut the Christmas tree out of the dough. Brush the dough with ketchup. Cut the doctor's sausage into cubes and put on a layer of ketchup. Grease the dough with mayonnaise, distribute the mayonnaise evenly.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and put it on the herringbone in an even layer. Cut olives into slices, bell peppers - into cubes. Place bell peppers and olives in the form of beads and balls on the herringbone. Decorate with mayonnaise using a cooking syringe. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
