  2. For a simple pie dough, sift the flour and baking powder through a fine sieve into a large bowl. Add salt and sugar, stir. Cut the chilled butter into small cubes and rub by hand with the flour mass.
  3. Add egg, lightly beaten with sour cream. Knead the plain pie dough. Form a ball out of it, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the chilled pie dough into two unequal parts (about 3/4 and 1/4). Roll out the large one and transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the filling evenly over the top.
  5. Roll out the remaining dough into a thin layer and cut into thin strips. Use them on a pie rack. Brush the pie with yolk, whipped with a tablespoon of water. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 ° C. Serve warm.
