  1. Boil polenta (~ 150 g, this is half a pack) in a ratio of 1: 3. Take 2 parts water, 1 part milk or cream, and 1 part polenta. Dip the cereals in a boiling salted liquid and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. There will be the consistency of thick porridge. Add 50 g of butter, cover with a lid.
  2. Fry 350-400 gr of minced chicken with 5 cloves of garlic and large diced carrots. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lubricate the form with butter. We shift the minced meat and polenta into it, finely chop the tomato, mix. Put the tomatoes on top in circles (2-3 pcs.), Salt, sprinkle with 200 g of grated cheese.
  4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
