Polish baked potatoes

Ingredients

• Potatoes - 1 kg
• Garlic - 2 teeth
• Basil - 1 tsp
• Oregano - 1 tsp
• Sweet paprika - 1 tsp
• Olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.

Directions

1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in their skins. Clean. If it is a large potato, then cut it, put it in a bowl, and salt.
2. Mix olive oil, spices, garlic (pressed through a press).
3. Gently mix everything, put on a baking sheet, put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake until browning, stirring occasionally.
