Soft and tender ribs with a side dish, marinated with soy sauce and spices, are prepared simply and practically effortlessly. Traditional potatoes with meat are complemented by carrot sticks and apple slices, adding a variety of flavors to the usual dish. This meat dish is the best place both on a weekday and at the festive table.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients you need.
  2. Wash the ribs and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  4. For the marinade, pour the vegetable oil and soy sauce into a bowl. Add paprika and adjika, mix.
  5. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
  6. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut the tubers into slices, put in a mold.
  7. Wash the apple, cut in half and remove the core. Cut the apple into wedges and add to the potatoes.
  8. Peel the carrots, cut into cubes and place in a mold.
  9. Peel the garlic and place the whole cloves in a dish with vegetables and an apple.
  10. Salt the pork ribs, cut into portions and put in a dish with vegetables.
  11. Pour the prepared marinade over everything and mix well.
  12. Cover the dish with ribs and vegetables with foil and place in a preheated oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
  13. After a while, remove the form from the oven, remove the foil.
  14. Return the mold to the oven for another 10 minutes.

  16. Serve the dish to the table, garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
