This is a very satisfying, tasty and aromatic dish. Roast is a stew with vegetables (most often potatoes) in a variety of seasonings, after roasting. Instead of pork, you can take less fatty meat, but then the cooking time will increase slightly.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the pork into cubes and fry in a skillet or stewpan with high sides and a thick bottom, in hot oil, until golden brown. Peel and chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. When the meat is fried, send carrots and onions to it. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Cut the potatoes into cubes. Place the potatoes with the meat and pour in the water so that it does not completely cover the potatoes. Salt and pepper. When the water boils, reduce the heat and simmer under the lid.
  3. After 15 minutes, add spices (dried parsley, basil, barberry or any other of your choice and taste). Simmer until the potatoes are ready, while the water should not completely evaporate. When the potatoes are ready, remove from heat and set aside for 15 minutes. The pork roast with potatoes is ready.
