Pork Rolls with Filling and Potatoes

Juicy pork chops with mushroom filling and aromatic potatoes are a tasty, hearty lunch or a festive dinner. The dish is being cooked in the oven.

Ingredients

  1. Cut pork (preferably chilled carbonate or loin) into large pieces, 0.6-0.8 cm thick.
  2. We put the meat plates in a transparent bag in turn and beat them with a hammer on both sides.
  3. Sprinkle the pork chops with ground seasoning on both sides and roll into a roll, set aside. I have a seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Prepare vegetables for the filling; peel the garlic (1 tooth) and onion (0.5 pcs); remove the pulp from the tomato, and the seeds from the pepper.
  5. Cut the prepared vegetables and mushrooms into small cubes and finely chop the dill.
  6. In warmed olive oil (3 tablespoons), fry the onion until transparent. Add mushrooms and fry until half cooked.
  7. For the filling, mix prepared vegetables (pressed garlic, pepper and tomato) with dill (1/2 part) and mushrooms with onions (3 tablespoons), salt and pepper.
  8. Put a plate of cheese (1/3 part) on the edge of the chop.
  9. It turned out 3 rolls. Prepare potatoes for a side dish.
  10. Put the peeled and chopped potatoes into a baking dish. Add onion, chopped in half rings (0.5 pcs), chopped dill (0.5 bunch) and garlic (1 tooth), 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, onion with mushrooms and seasoning for potatoes (1 tsp), salt and pepper. Stir the potatoes so that they are covered with oil.
  11. Put the meat rolls on the potatoes and grease the top of the rolls with olive oil. We close the mold with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 180 C for 30 minutes or until the meat is ready.
  12. Then we transfer the finished rolls to the dish and close the lid. Stir the potatoes and fry at 200 C in the oven until tender.
  13. Filled pork chop with spiced potatoes ready! The hot dish can be garnished with grated or flaky cheese if desired. Enjoy your meal!
