  1. Grate the pork to taste with pepper, salt and dried garlic.
  2. Fry the meat on all sides for 2-3 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
  3. Spread mustard over the whole piece.
  4. Punch the nuts a little with a blender, but not into crumbs, pour into a large bowl. Dip the nuts on all sides and place in a baking dish.
  5. Bake the meat for 1 hour 20 minutes at 180 degrees. If after 40 minutes the nuts are browned enough, turn the temperature down to 150-160 degrees and continue cooking.
  6. The meat inside is very juicy and tasty!
  7. A piece of meat with nuts is something fantastic!
