Recipe for making porridge from wheat, barley and corn grits with vegetables and rice.

  1. Choose any two types of vegetables that you like. Grate vegetables on a coarse grater. For 1 cup of a mixture of cereals, you should have 1 cup of vegetables. Put 1/3 of the grated vegetables into a baking dish, then a mixture of cereals, then a layer of vegetables again, and then until 3 layers are obtained. The last layer should be vegetables. Pour salted water into a mold so that it covers the top vegetable layer. Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes. Porridge can be served with sour cream.
