Delicious roast with smoked sausages (or a whole piece of smoked sausage) and tomatoes. During the stewing potatoes are soaked in wine, onions, tomatoes and spices and become very tasty.

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices, chop the onion in half rings and finely chop the parsley. Peel the potatoes and cut them coarsely (into 4 pieces lengthwise).
  2. We spread the tomatoes, onions and parsley in a deep baking sheet or other dish in which we will bake.
  3. Mix the potatoes with salt, paprika and herbs. Put the tomatoes and onions on top.
  4. Pour out the wine and pour water to half the potatoes (1-1.5 l). The top potatoes should not be in the water. Pour water and wine from the edge.
  5. Put sausages on top or
  6. sausage and put in the oven for two hours at a temperature of 200 degrees. Do not cover with a lid!
  7. If you see that there is not enough liquid (up to half), maybe the tomatoes were not very juicy - in the second hour you can reduce the temperature to 180 -170 degrees.
  8. One more remark. I do not know how much to reduce the baking time if you take less food than indicated in the recipe. I increased the number of products by 1.5 times (with sausage). Accordingly, the residence time of the potatoes in the oven had to be increased by 15 minutes. The liquid should evaporate without burning the vegetables.
  9. Our potatoes are ready. We can serve in the same dishes that were baked.
  10. But it is better to take the sausages or sausage and turn the baking sheet onto the dish so that the vegetables on the bottom are at the top. Cut the sausage into large pieces.
  11. Put sausages or sausage on top again.
