Potato and cabbage cutlets with mozzarella

A dish in which completely simple ingredients start to play with new flavors, if you use a little imagination. First, fry the potatoes with onions and cabbage, which will make the taste of the finished cutlets richer and more interesting. Then combine vegetables with eggs and flour - for firmness and parsley - for flavor, and form patties with a cheese center. The dish turns out to be juicy, very appetizing, with a pleasant creamy taste.

  1. We prepare the necessary products. I used a culinary ring to form the cutlets.
  2. Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into cubes with a side of 1-1.5 cm.
  3. Peel the onion, rinse and cut into small cubes.
  4. Pour 2-3 tbsp into the pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil, heat up. We spread the potatoes and onions and fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Cut the cabbage into small squares.
  6. We spread the cabbage to the fried vegetables, salt and pepper.
  7. Mix and cook everything together for another 10-15 minutes. Then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  8. Rinse the parsley, shake and chop.
  9. Transfer the potatoes with cabbage and onions to a bowl. Pour in flour and parsley, salt and pepper a little more. We mix.
  10. Add eggs there.
  11. Mix everything well.
  12. Rub the mozzarella on a fine grater.
  13. Heat 2 tbsp in a frying pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Installing the culinary ring. We spread 2 tbsp into it. tablespoons of potato and cabbage mass.
  14. Put some cheese on top.
  15. And again the vegetable mass (2 tablespoons). Lightly crush with a spoon, remove the ring. Similarly, we form cutlets from the remaining vegetable mass and cheese.
  16. Fry cutlets for 5-7 minutes on one side over low heat.
  17. Turn over and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
  18. From the specified number of products, I got 8 cutlets.
