Potato and fish pancakes - delicious, satisfying, easy and simple. Well, who would refuse ruddy fried potatoes with fish and mustard sauce!

  1. For the pancakes, we prepare two masses - potato and fish.
  2. Rub the potatoes and onions on a coarse grater, add salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour, 1 egg and mix well.
  3. We pass the fish fillet through a meat grinder, add 1 egg, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour, salt, seasoning for fish and knead well too.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan. We spread 1 tbsp. spoon of potato mass. Top - 1 tbsp. spoon of fish mass. Smooth with a spoon.
  5. Fry the potato-fish pancakes over medium heat on one side and then on the other side until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes).
  6. For the sauce, mix sour cream, mustard and herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Put the fish and potato pancakes on a plate, pour mustard sauce.
  8. For the pancakes, you can prepare a tomato salad.
