  3. You need to grate the potatoes as quickly as possible, as it darkens intensely.
  4. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  5. Combine pumpkin and potatoes. Add flour, yolks, salt.
  6. To mix everything.
  7. Beat the whites into a foam.
  8. Then add the whipped egg whites to the vegetable mass.
  9. Stir well and quickly.
  10. Fry small pancakes from the prepared mass. To do this, heat 1 tbsp in a pan. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Spread the dough out with a tablespoon. Fry potato and pumpkin pancakes over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  11. Then turn the pancakes and fry for another 3 minutes.
  12. Fry the rest of the potato and pumpkin pancakes in the same way, adding oil as needed.
  13. Apple, lingonberry jam or sour cream is served with potato and pumpkin pancakes.
