A very beautiful and tasty potato and salmon dish will decorate the festive table as a snack.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the potatoes well with a brush. Pour salt into a baking dish. We spread the potatoes on salt and send them to an oven preheated to 190-200 degrees C for 60-70 minutes.
  2. We take out the baked potatoes from the oven and scrub the pulp with a teaspoon to make potato boats. Lubricate each half of the potato from the inside with ghee and put it back in the oven for 15 minutes so that the potato boats are browned and harder.
  3. Cut the salmon into small cubes, put it in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and let it marinate for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finely chop the capers or gherkins with a knife. Also finely chop fresh dill.
  5. Put cottage cheese or cream cheese, gherkins, dill in a bowl with salmon, add mayonnaise. Mix well all the ingredients of the filling.
  6. We take out the potato boats from the oven and let them cool down.
  7. Stuff the potato boats with the prepared filling.
  8. We decorate the potato and salmon appetizer with fresh dill sprigs and serve to the festive table. Bon Appetit!
