A simple recipe for an evening menu. Potato cutlets can be made more interesting if you add pieces of salmon or (if simpler) any white fish to the mashed potatoes. A little parsley for flavor, a few minutes in a skillet and golden, delicious potatoes with fish are ready.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes. Cook in salted water until soft. Mash the boiled potatoes with butter. Cover to keep warm.
  2. Pour the salmon with water and cook over low heat for 5-8 minutes. Place the fish on a plate, cool (2-3 minutes) and disassemble it into pieces with your hands.
  3. Toss the salmon and mashed potatoes gently. Add parsley, salt and black pepper. Form 8 round patties and lightly coat in flour.
  4. Heat some oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Fry the salmon and potato patties until golden brown, about 10 minutes (turn once).
  5. Bon Appetit!
