Potato casserole

It's hard to refuse such a casserole :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and wash potatoes. Cut into slices 7-10 mm thick.
  2. Boil in boiling salted water (8-10 minutes).
  3. Discard potatoes in a colander.
  4. Turn on the oven (preheat to 220 degrees).
  5. Cut the bacon into cubes.
  6. Peel and wash the onions. To cut in cubes.
  7. Cut the salami into thin strips.
  8. Preheat a frying pan, add bacon. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes, over medium heat.
  9. Add onion. Fry everything together, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  10. Lubricate the mold with oil. Lay out a layer of potatoes.
  11. Sprinkle with onions and cracklings. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Grate the cheese. Lay out a layer of cheese and sausage.
  13. Lay out a layer of potatoes.
  14. Add a couple of tablespoons of water to the cream, stir.
  15. Pour cream over everything. Place in the oven on the middle shelf. Bake at 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  16. Let the potato casserole stand for 5 minutes, sprinkle with herbs.
  17. The potato casserole is ready.
