Juicy potato casserole with feta cheese.

Ingredients

  1. Peel potatoes, wash and grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Add salt and pepper. spices. Mix.
  3. Add flour and mix gently again.
  4. If the potatoes are sticky, you do not need to add flour.
  5. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Grease a cold frying pan with 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil. Lay out half of the potato mass and gently smooth out the layer.
  7. Put the filling on top and distribute it evenly.
  8. Then lay out and level the remaining potato mass.
  9. Place skillet over medium heat and cover. Cook the potato casserole, frying it at first for 15-20 minutes on one side.
  10. Then gently pry off the edges of the casserole if they stick. Turn casserole using a plate - cover the skillet with a plate, turn the skillet over, placing the casserole on the plate, then gently slide the casserole back into the skillet. If necessary, add 1 more tbsp. a spoonful of oil.
  11. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook the potato casserole for another 15 minutes.
