  1. Grate hard cheese. We divide it into equal parts.
  2. In one half of the grated cheese, add one egg, a couple of garlic cloves squeezed through a press and sour cream. Mix well.
  3. Add an egg to another and just mix.
  4. Rub the raw potatoes on a coarse grater. Add to it half a teaspoon of salt and grated cheese with sour cream. Add ground pepper if desired. Mix the resulting mass well.
  5. Put the potato mass into a heat-resistant dish and distribute it evenly. The top layer will be grated cheese mixed with an egg, which we also distribute evenly. It will give your potato casserole an appetizing crust.
  6. We put the dish in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees, for 30-40 minutes.
