Potato casserole with sausage

I combined everything that I found in the refrigerator, figured out what to cook from sausage, eggs, potatoes, and we got such a potato casserole with sausage.

Ingredients

• 700-800 g potatoes
• 400 g sausage
• 3 eggs
• 2 onions
• 250 g mayonnaise
• 2 pl. cheese

Directions

1. Boil potatoes in their skins.
2. Chop onion, sausage and hard-boiled eggs.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment, lay out a layer of sliced ​​potatoes, then onions, sausage and an egg.
4. Lubricate with mayonnaise and send to the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180C.
5. Remove from the oven, rub the processed cheese on top and bake the potato casserole with cheese and sausage for another 5-10 minutes.
