  1. Mash boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes, put in a bowl.
  2. Place cottage cheese on top. Crush everything well with a fork.
  3. Add starch, semolina and spices.
  4. Mix everything well with your hands.
  5. Slice the boiled egg.
  6. Chop the green onion.
  7. Melt the butter.
  8. Place the chopped egg and onion in the butter. Stir. The filling is ready!
  9. Make a tortilla from the potato-curd dough and put the filling on it.
  10. Form a round cutlet with filling inside, give a neat shape.
  11. Roll the cottage cheese-potato zrazy (pies) with egg and green onions in breadcrumbs.
  12. Place in a preheated skillet with butter.
  13. Fry potato and cottage cheese zrazy (pies), with egg and green onions, until golden brown.
