Let's prepare original and delicious potato cutlets today. Their highlight is the addition of crab sticks and pickles to mashed potatoes. They will add juiciness and interesting texture to the cutlets. In addition, cucumbers and a little mustard will make the dish bright and uncommon in taste. It turns out very appetizing: a ruddy crust on top, and inside there are tender potatoes interspersed with crab sticks and pickles.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into thin slices to cook faster. Transfer the potatoes to a saucepan. Pour in water so that it completely covers the potatoes. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then add salt, reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes, until soft.
  2. After a while, drain the water, mash the potatoes with a crush into a homogeneous puree.
  3. Transfer the mashed potatoes to a deep bowl.
  4. Peel the crab sticks and cut into small cubes.
  5. Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes. Drain the juice released during cutting.
  6. Put crab sticks and cucumbers in mashed potatoes.
  7. Add eggs.
  8. Add flour and ground pepper. Then add the mustard.
  9. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. If the minced meat is liquid, add a little flour (the cutlets should keep their shape).
  10. Form small cutlets from minced meat, roll them in bread crumbs. I got 10 cutlets.
  11. Heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, put the cutlets. Fry the cutlets over low heat for 3-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  12. Fry the next batch of cutlets in the same way.
  13. Serve ready-made potato cutlets with crab sticks and pickles.
  14. As an addition, you can choose fresh vegetables, pickles, sour cream or other sauces as you wish.
  15. Bon Appetit!
