  1. Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut each potato tuber into 4 pieces, add water and cook.
  2. After 20 minutes from the moment of boiling, merge the liquid from the finished potatoes. Thoroughly mash the potatoes with a crush into a homogeneous puree without large lumps. Cool the mashed potatoes.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl, add the chopped cheese and beat in the egg.
  5. Finely chop the parsley and add to the potatoes, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  6. Periodically wetting our hands in cold water, we blind cutlets from the potato mass.
  7. Roll each cutlet in flour on all sides.
  8. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put cutlets there. Fry the cutlets over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
