Potato cutlets with liver

Potato cutlets always help me out, I like to make for lunch. And side dish and meat :)

Ingredients

  1. Wash the potatoes well and boil them in their skins. Peel hot and mince or sieve. Season with salt, add an egg, a little flour. Mix well. The potato dough is ready.
  2. Wash, cover with cold water and cook until cooked liver, lungs and hearts. Cool and mince.
  3. Peel and wash the onions. To cut in cubes.
  4. Preheat a frying pan, pour 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the onion, stirring occasionally, until golden brown for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add minced meat to the pan to the onion, fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Minced meat is ready.
  6. Make a flat cake from the potato mixture, put 1 teaspoon of minced meat, form a cutlet. So make all the cutlets.
  7. Roll the cutlets in flour.
  8. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Fry potato cutlets over medium heat until golden brown on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
