Potato cutlets with rice, nuts, onions and garlic - cutlets for vegetarians.

  1. Boil potatoes for cutlets in "uniform", peel.
  2. Boil rice.
  3. Peel the walnuts.
  4. Boiled potatoes, 2 boiled rice cakes, peeled walnuts, garlic and onion, twist in a meat grinder.
  5. Add eggs, salt and pepper and mix well.
  6. Form potato patties with rice and nuts, roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry potato cutlets with rice and walnuts in vegetable oil.
